Our base is in Elounda. We work only in Eastern Crete and pick you up in Heraklion, Hersonissos, Malia, Sissi, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Voulisma and Ierapetra.

You share one Land Rover with a few other travellers, at most 6 guests in total, with your own professional guide. On a private tour the vehicle and guide are for your group only.

A maximum of 6 guests per Land Rover Discovery. Every guest has a forward-facing leather seat and air conditioning.

No. Our tours have no commission shopping stops.

Yes. The Dikteon Cave reopened on 29 May 2026 after a closure that began in October 2024 for rock stabilisation, new lighting and new paths. It is open every day except Tuesday.

Every day except Tuesday, when the cave is closed. We run the Zeus Cave tour from Wednesday to Monday.

The path from Psychro village to the cave entrance is a steady uphill walk of about 15–25 minutes, with steps inside the cave. Guests who prefer not to climb can wait in the village; the rest of the day is easy walking.

April–May and September–October have the most comfortable temperatures. In summer we start early.
